1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and jilace ("jilace," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilace.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the jilace platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, bonus participation, and all games and services offered on the jilace website.

By registering an account, logging into the jilace platform, or placing any real-money wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilace platform and close your account.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the jilace website accessible at jilace.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jilace platform, which grants access to real-money gaming services.
• "Wallet" means the player's digital balance held within their jilace Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a jilace promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from a verified Philippine payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that authorizes and oversees the jilace platform's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Use of the jilace platform is strictly limited to eligible individuals. By registering an account on jilace, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR for all online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction in which online gambling via PAGCOR-licensed platforms is lawful.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and for your personal use. Corporate accounts and proxy registrations are strictly prohibited on jilace.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any jilace employee, game provider, or associated service provider.
• You have not been self-excluded from jilace or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform in the Philippines.
• All information you provide during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment details, is accurate, current, and complete.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on jilace at any time. jilace employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, jilace reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances, including Real Money Funds in excess of verified deposits, without prior notice.

2.2 KYC Verification

jilace is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents for KYC purposes include a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID). jilace may request additional documentation at its sole discretion where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or PAGCOR compliance requirements.

3 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jilace Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilace will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

• You must not share your jilace login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify the jilace support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• jilace will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilace that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions conducted through your jilace Account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until you have notified jilace of a suspected security compromise.

jilace may temporarily suspend your Account for security purposes if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to logins from new devices or geographic locations inconsistent with your account history. Such suspensions are protective in nature and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by jilace.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

jilace accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilace does not currently accept deposits in foreign currency.

4.1 Payment Authentication

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name and has been verified during KYC. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. jilace reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request source-of-funds documentation where deposits are suspected to originate from third parties.

4.2 Processing Times

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and QR Ph deposits are credited to your jilace Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are credited within 15–30 minutes. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited upon confirmation from the CLiQQ network, typically within one hour. jilace is not liable for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications network.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their jilace Wallet at any time, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Player's own verified name.

5.1 Processing Times

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Typically within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• InstaPay and PesoNet: Typically within 30 minutes of approval.

jilace targets the processing times above as operational benchmarks. In exceptional circumstances, including periods of high withdrawal volume, system maintenance, or AML review, processing times may exceed the stated benchmarks. jilace will not be held liable for delays beyond its direct control.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. Where a Player has both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in their Wallet, Real Money Funds are used first in the calculation of wagers, unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise. jilace reserves the right to deduct the original bonus amount from any withdrawal where Wagering Requirements have not been satisfied.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jilace offers various promotions to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page within the jilace platform, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

• Bonus offers are available exclusively to eligible Players aged 21 years and above.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Player, household address, device, and payment method.
• jilace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively disadvantage Players who have already fulfilled the conditions of the promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other Players to exploit promotions, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of Wagering Requirements — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the jilace platform — including live dealer tables, RNG-based table games, slot games, fishing arcade games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any individual game rule, these Terms shall prevail.

All game outcomes on jilace are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) for each game reflects the long-term statistical average payout and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. jilace does not alter game outcomes for individual Players or accounts.

7.1 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server interruptions, software errors, or live stream failures — any affected rounds or bets will be voided and the corresponding stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. jilace is not obligated to honor any wager, payout, or bonus where a technical error has demonstrably altered the intended outcome of the game.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The jilace sportsbook covers PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, volleyball, sabong, and other sports markets as made available on the platform from time to time. All sports bets are subject to the standard sportsbook rules published within the jilace betting interface, in addition to these Terms.

• All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference number is issued. Confirmation of a bet slip constitutes the final agreed odds.
• In-play (live) bets are placed at the Player's own risk and may be delayed by network latency. jilace is not responsible for bet placement failures arising from connection issues on the Player's end.
• jilace reserves the right to void any bet or multiple bets where an obvious pricing error, data feed error, or manipulation of markets is detected, regardless of whether the affected bet has already been settled as a win.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. Maximum payout limits per event are displayed within the jilace sportsbook interface prior to bet placement.

9 Responsible Gaming

jilace is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and its own responsible gaming policy, jilace provides the following tools to all registered Players, free of charge and accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a Player-defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: On-screen pop-up notifications reminding Players of time spent and net session balance at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of account access for periods of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the jilace platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the elected duration. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on jilace during the exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilace platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the jilace platform in any non-manual manner.
• Colluding with other Players or with jilace employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing errors to secure wagers at non-intended odds or outcomes. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided regardless of the Player's awareness.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jilace as a conduit to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access jilace from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or from within a self-excluded account.
• Any conduct intended to defraud jilace, its payment partners, or other Players on the platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilace platform — including but not limited to the jilace brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilace or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jilace platform solely for their personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any commercial exploitation of jilace's intellectual property without express written authorization.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions affecting the platform, including those caused by third-party providers such as game studios, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the jilace platform, including but not limited to odds, game RTP figures, or promotional descriptions.
• Losses arising from a Player's participation in any game or betting market on jilace, including jackpot games and progressive prize pools.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilace's liability in relation to fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law or PAGCOR regulations.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, withdrawal, or any other aspect of your jilace Account, you must contact the jilace support team via live chat within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

jilace will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a reasoned decision within 14 days. Where a Player remains dissatisfied following jilace's internal resolution process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with the applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

Players and jilace agree to attempt good-faith resolution of all disputes before initiating any formal legal proceeding. Any unresolved dispute that proceeds to litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilace reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jilace will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jilace platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated on the updated Terms page.

Your continued use of the jilace platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jilace and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure available through the jilace support team.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account on jilace, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
